In order to be P.C., I've edited this post and deleted another. To make a long story short, we found a house we liked, had a contract, but it fell through during the inspection process.
For now, we're trusting the process and hoping more great options will come on the market as the snow thaws. Our house here in PA has been listed, so either way, we're moving by May 2nd!

Ew, that does not sound good! Thankfully it seems there are others on the market that are also nice!
That sucks, but it is a buyer's market so you should have no problem finding another place even more perfect (or circling back to this one if it's in the cards.) Good luck!
Oh, no! I trust that you'll find the right house for your family. Thank goodness for those inspections!
Your trust in the process is wonderful! And what a process! I know you will find the right house (this or another one) and am excited for the possibilities. I can't wait to have you home in CIncinnati again!
